Program Components:
  • Leadership Development Module (LDM) - a 2-week intensive learning circle held every June or August
  • Two 2-week Learning Circles (LC) - become both co-learner and co-leader as you work together with student and staff colleagues
  • Field Education - an 8-month placement for hands-on learning experience
  • One Elective Course - from any of the 25 universities in Canada with whom CCS partners

The pastoral Care Ministry Year will be offered again in 2011 (it is offered every 3 years).

The Leadership Development Module is not easy, it is not simple...it is transformative, enabling, and liberating..it is another point along my faith journey in which I feel closer to the potential that the Creator desires for me.
